How Does Enclomiphene Work?
Enclomiphene acts primarily through estrogen-receptor signalling within the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis.
Estrogen normally contributes to negative feedback at the hypothalamus and pituitary. By antagonising this feedback, enclomiphene has been shown in clinical research to increase gonadotropin signalling — particularly luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
LH stimulates the Leydig cells of the testes and is closely involved in endogenous testosterone production, while FSH plays an important role in Sertoli-cell function and spermatogenesis.
This creates an important distinction between enclomiphene and externally administered testosterone: published human research has investigated whether testosterone concentrations can be increased while maintaining gonadotropin signalling rather than suppressing it.

Enclomiphene vs Clomiphene (Clomid)
Enclomiphene and clomiphene are closely related, but they are not identical.
Clomiphene citrate contains two stereoisomers: enclomiphene (the trans-isomer) and zuclomiphene (the cis-isomer). Enclomiphene isolates the trans-isomer that has been associated with much of clomiphene’s estrogen-receptor antagonism and stimulation of LH and FSH.
This distinction has made the two compounds an important area of comparison within endocrine research.

Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of clomiphene and belongs to a class of compounds known as selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs). It has been investigated for its effects on the HPG axis, gonadotropin signalling and endogenous testosterone production.
Is Enclomiphene the same as Clomid?
No. Clomid (clomiphene citrate) contains both enclomiphene and zuclomiphene isomers, whereas enclomiphene refers specifically to the trans-isomer. This distinction is one reason the compounds have been compared in endocrine research.
What does research show about Enclomiphene and testosterone?

Got to say these guys and there products are second to none , just finished my PTC after using Osterine with enclomiphene and i honestly think the enclomiphene has given me more strength and gain than any of my other cycles , I took the full bottle and wish it didn’t end as my strength is through the roof. I’ve used this website for the last few months after being recommended enclomiphene by a friend. I was very close to jumping on trt as bloods came back as borderline 8 nmol/L. Now I’m currently at 17.4 nmol/L and the uplifts to my mental health and energy have even had the wife commenting, saying whatever you’re doing, keep doing it! It took a few weeks for the mental benefits to kick in but then again I don’t know how low my test levels were to begin with. There’s definitely something happening, not exactly backflipping out of bed at 48 lol but noticed I’m feeling more rested, out of bed quicker, in the shower and off to gym which for me is progress! It’s hard to tell for me as it’s the end of my first SARM research cycle and I’ve not done any bloodwork. Was definitely feeling it towards the end, tired and lethargic which I attributed to suppression. Being nearer 40 than I am to 30 doesn’t help either but that begin to subside after the 1st week of 12.5mg ED and now at 30 days I’m back on here placing another order feeling positive having kept most my gains.

The most notable thing after 4 days short of 4 weeks is that my sex drive has gone though the roof and waking up with morning wood nearly every morning. Got considerably more energy and focus in the gym I train fasted early mornings so that’s a big help.
