We know that you don’t want to be waiting days for your order to arrive, and we don’t believe in holding on to stock you have paid for! That’s why we send out every order within 1 business day to the UK Mainland on a Royal Mail 24hr service that’s fully trackable.

Our average order delivery time is just 2 business days and you’ll be kept informed of your orders progress every step of the way. You’ll receive text and email notifications of an estimated time of delivery, alongside options to take if you’re not going to be available.

Please note we despatch orders on business days only – Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday’s). All orders placed after the 4pm cut-off point will be processed the following business day. So orders placed on Friday after the 4pm cut-off point will be processed the following Monday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday (excluding Bank Holiday’s).

We also aim to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. Which is why we only charge just £1.95 for all orders under £75 and absolutely nothing for all orders over £75!

Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched or within 2 working days for all UK mainland addresses at the very latest.

What’s more, any order that we receive before 4pm on a working day will be despatched on the same day using a priority service!

However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take a little longer to reach their destinations.

Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and certain parts of Scotland may take an extra day.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

When your order has been despatched we will send you a confirmation email that will include a link to your online tracking with reference included. 

Again, you will then receive notifications from the courier with estimated time for delivery (usually next business day) along with options in case you’re not going to be available.

Help! I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Contact us and we’ll immediately jump on it and get back to you within 1 business day (usually within 2 hours).

If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel, but don’t worry we make every effort to resolve all problems to your satisfaction super quick!
