So I bought this off the back of a recommendation from a friend and some personal research and my first cycle went better than expected. I'm down best part of a stone taking 2 a day and at 38 I'm as fit if not fitter as I've been my entire adult life. All I can say is that it works for me!

I was recommended this product by my coach to help enhance my performance (and hopefully some fat loss). I've tried lots of slimming pills so wasn't holding my breath but this is something else. Very good supplement for losing weight and improving fitness. There are no jitters or come down like I've experienced in the past, infact I've been told it helps alleviate anxiety

I've heard of cardarine for a while now so decided to give it a go in the new year to help get some weight off after a particularly heavy festive period lol. I'm not heavily into cardio as I don't have time for that and the weights so I can't comment on cardio but after just a week I'm already feeling fitter. Also from nowhere I've started doing drop sets on almost every exercise plus the odd super set and I can still finish off on the treadmill or bike for a 10-15 minute blast. I think coming off the booze also has played a huge part, I'm sleeping a lot better but I can't put it all down to that as I've done that before but never progressed this fast and at 43 that's saying something. Overall I'm very happy and motivated to continue with the much needed boost this product has provided.

Well it works with cardio after weights, before I was blowing badly. But not noticed any direct strength increases on my lifts. Although I'm convinced it helps with the occasional cheat meal 🙂

This product is a fantastic addition to my cardio regime. It took approx a week to ten days for the endurance to kick-in but when it does, it really does, I can just keep going! Just ordered my second bottle and I'm not one for weighing myself but I've visibly slimmed down and people have already started noticing, top product!

My new PT recommended these and though he's been pushing me hard the affect this product has on my endurance is unbelievable! I'm back to looking forward to the gym and believe it or not the scales too. I've not progressed like this for a very long time.

Amazing product and kicks in really quickly. I do shift work which often means I train late at night. This gives me the energy to get through my cardio without keeping me awake at night which is what used to happen with a PWO. For me fat loss is noticeable after just 1 week but the endurance and stamina is rapid.
